RACE INFORMATION:

All races start at noon with a la mans style start

Tall oak 08

Solo Male $40 entry, Cash payout to top 3 finishers

Solo Female $40 entry, Cash payout to top 3 finishers

Duo Team (open class) $30 per rider, Cash payout to top 3 teams

Triple Team (three riders) $20 per rider, Prizes to top 3 teams. this is a "just for fun" class.


Registration at 2wheeltech AND race day - NO late fees


DIRECTIONS:

From Jefferson City, take US50 West to Apache Flats exit.

Turn right on Rainbow Dr., follow to "T", turn left, then take first right after crossing the lake. Follow road to parking across from bait shop.

The Midwest Fat Tire Series is a series  of competitive mountain bike races in the Midwest whereby a point accumulation process will determine awards for overall, and for all  individual classes. The season is one calendar year.

At the completion of each race, the promoter will send the scorekeeper the results to be tabulated for points for the year end awards. Points are awarded as follows:

1st Place...........24 points

2nd Place..........22 points

3rd Place...........20 points

4th Place............18 points

5th Place............17 points

6th Place...........16 points

21st Place...........1 point

70% of races scored toward the final standings. Work average will be the average of the racer's top 5 scores. Racers are allowed one work average per year.

At the completion of the season, an awards banquet is held for the year end.  Time, date and location are announced at the end of the season.
